Two-fer days at High Court

We are taking advantage of a two for the price of one special at The High Court to file for a couple of injunctions.
Winking, Blinking and Nod have just announced final plans for the three TV debates.
The Scottish Jacobite Party have filed for an injunction to stop these three TV debates from going ahead.
These debates are not part of the British political fabric and are attempts to get a disproportionate share of media attention to the detriment of any smaller party. They are un-democratic.
Winking, Blinking and Nod already control the House of Commons through the whipping system. The party whips make sure that all party members vote in accordance with the wishes of the three leaders of the main political parties. Of the 647 Members of Parliament, the views of the three leaders dominate. We really don't need the other 644.
Send the 644 home and save £128 million.
The three leaders don't need the House of Commons as a meeting place. They could use the bus shelter just outside Westminster. And Westminster can become a nice little money earner with weddings and other ceremonies replacing pointless chamber debate.
In any case, what makes these three clowns think that they are the sole input to British political debate?
None of them have ever had a real job.
The increase in University degrees is one of Britain's problems. University educated young people are recruited and parachuted into middle management.
Parachuted into businesses they know nothing about. Since they are paid fancy money to "manage", they manage. Manage to upset the proper functioning of the business. They know nothing of the problems of the shop floor since they have never been on the shop floor.
In the "old days" a new hire started at the bottom and worked his or her way up to the top. All elements of the business were learned on the way up.
Winking, Blinking and Nod are professional politicians, trained to do nothing - and succeeding.
Do any of the three parties have a coherent policy for Britain in the 21st Century?
Gordon Brown does not understand the economic cycle and has poured £178 billion (that's billion with a b) of your money in a vain attempt to stop the unstoppable. Has all of this money had any effect on bank lending? Have you noticed any difference?
Why do we pay a BBC licence fee if we are to be subjected to the New Politics as Entertainment?
At least the seventy eight rules for the debates appear to stay clear of religious issues
Scottish Secretary Jim Murphy does not understand that there is separation of Church and State in the USA. That's what we need here also.
The Pope has been stirring things up with unwelcome comments on issues he should stay clear of. The second injunction goes to His Holyness. There will be no Papal visit to Britain in 2010.
We have enough problems with religious divisions in the West of Scotland without the pontif contributing to the problem.
Cardinal Conti has been weighing in to the "Death with Dignity" debate with public pronouncemnts on the subject.
The Catholic Church lost all moral authority when it did not protect children in its care in Ireland and elsewhere.
The Cardinal should tend to the needs of his flock and leave the rest of us to make up our own minds about this serious issue.
